Andrew and Tanya personally hand the keys over to customers, in addition to a detailed Handover Pack with all of the information about their new homes. This is followed by a meeting two weeks later, in order to ensure any issues are resolved effectively. If there is indeed an issue, these are always handled by Bourne Homes' staff personally to guarantee satisfaction and continuity.
